Furnace Tune Up

• 1” Filter replacement (or clean washable filter)
• Clean burners, pilot assembly, flame sensor
• Vacuum furnace interior/exterior
• Check venting system and Carbon Monoxide levels
• Check heat exchanger integrity and gas pressure
• Check thermostat operation
• Check inducer draft fan and main furnace fan (Cleaning upon request for additional charge)
• Visually check high temperature limit, flame rollout and safety controls
• Lubricate moving parts where needed
• Check overall operation

 

Air Conditioner Tune Up

• 1” Filter replacement (or clean wash-able filter)
• Clean outside condensing unit
• Check drain system
• Check indoor evaporator coils (if accessible). (Cleaning upon request for additional charge)
• Check compressor
• Check all safety components
• Check thermostat operation
• Check refrigerant levels
• Lubricate moving parts where needed
• Check overall operation
